Since the founding of Lockerz in 2009, many people have asked the golden question - is Lockerz a scam? Well, as far as I can tell, Lockerz does apear to be a legitimate rewards website, but.....there is a twist.
What is Lockerz?
The idea is that users can earn points by watching these trailers and adverts, and then these points can be used to redeem a free gift, other methods of earning points include making purchases from the Lockerz shop and inviting friends to the service. Lockerz gets paid for every user that watches an advert, therefore, the company can work out a the value of points so that they can give things away and still be in profit.

As the user interacts with the Lockerz network over time they will eventually build up quite a stockpile of points. So, what do you do with these points?
Ok, if your lucky you might get something, but its unlikely as you have a 1 in 434 782 chance of this. More likely you'll be left frustrated with the other 9 999 980 people.
Websites Like Lockerz
Although Lockerz seems out of the question if you're looking for free gifts online, there are alternatives that have had very good reviews.
The following websites are Incentives networks that differ slighly from Lockerz. Mainly in the fact that you actually get your free gift.
These sites also work a little differently, in order to get your free gift you must simply complete on offer (many of the offers are free trials) and then refer some of your friends. The more friends you refer, the bigger the free gift!
