The seventh sign of the zodiac is Libra and is associated with justice. The first thing you will notice about the personality of a Libra is how charming and polite they are. They couldn't possibly be rude to people as they love them too much. They are generally very pleasant, cheerful, friendly and sensitive to others.  They don't like cruelty, nastiness, and vulgarity, as they are naturally gentle and loving people. Librans are considered to be among the most civilized of the twelve signs which is due to the ruling planet venus.  Venus provides Librans with charm grace and beauty.

Librans are diplomatic and are good at solving quarrels between two people. They desire balance and will try to cooperate and compromise to create a tranquil atmosphere.  They also like having a good-natured argument themselves. They do tend to have annoying habit of starting an argument just for the hell of it.  They are always weighing up the pros and cons of any situation. They love to talk but are good listeners too. Like the scale symbol suggests there are two halves to a Libran.  On one side is the composed balanced, loving, gentle, courteous and amiable side to him, then on the other side is the irritable unhappy, fickle, indecisive and changeable person.  When in a balanced state they are delightful to be around.
