Dropship companies are very popular sale channels for any serious home business owner. Dropship companies that dropship send products on behalf of the third party and remain anonymously in the background from the retailer.

Sellers can be online or offline retailers... It allows the home small business owner to add additional product revenue streams to their bottom line.

So how does the home user go about trying to find dropship companies? There are 3 methods that I have found work the best.

- SEARCH IT

Turn your researching medium to online search engines like the popular Google search engine. Electing to search on the web is the most popular method when trying to find drop shippers that are suitable for selling products on ebay or on your own website

But beware, this can cause some problems, firstly there are a lot of websites that provide drop shipping directories but they do not contain quality sources.

When you search on your favourite search engine you will come across the top ten wholesale dropship companies. Even though these companies can look suitable to use they are not suited to every home business setup. Find out why the next method still involves online research but more at the meat end of the business.

- RESEARCH

There is nothing more solid than a little research - Factual information. A simple way to do this is visit eBay. Since sellers and buyers are in a "live market place" selling and buying goods...

What you do is look at the listings and check if the product listed has any SKU (or product numbers) or better yet they link to the eBay sellers own website. This makes it easy to look up their product ID's.

You can then search on the web for the product ID and find out where the seller is sourcing their products. Not every method of product sourcing has to be online - sellers can find genuine suppliers offline.

- RING

This method of search has many benefits being less competition. If you find a suitable product that is NOT on the web this is even better because, you will have very little competition. How do you go about finding these suppliers? Contact your local business bureau this is a great way to network and to source companies that dropship.
