Although, there is no specific science when it comes to colours, there are suggestions that a colour means something. The descriptions of these colours might be an indication of your child's personality. It might also be interesting to see who picked the actual colour of the childrens bikes: the child or the parent?

Red: Out of all of the colours red is the most explosive and exciting. Red is the warmest colour as it easily warms up a room with any of its tones. Red symbolizes courage, vitality and confidence. The colour demands action and it helps promote action in people (this is great for childrens bikes). It is an enthusiastic colour that also promotes enthusiasm while stimulating energy. Amazingly enough it also offers the feeling of protection against any anxiety or fear. This is perfect if you have a child that is afraid of getting onto childrens bikes.

Blue: This colour is seen as a committed, dependable and trustworthy colour. Children and adults alike prefer blue the most. It is generally the favorite childrens bikes colour. Blue is the same colour as the sky and ocean and therefore is considered a trusting color. You always know that the sky and ocean will be there. They are seen as constant and never changing. Blue creates a sense of calm and rest in the body, even affecting the chemicals in your body. Mentally and physically it incites a calming effect on us. It helps us become intuitive.

Green: Green is the color of trees and the jungle. It is therefore extremely peaceful. It relaxes and soothes people physically and mentally. The colour is the only one that offers people a sense of self-control, harmony and renewal. People can change their way of thinking and become more confident in their ways. Green is a symbol for nature, well being and a sense of excitement for life.

Orange: Orange is a healing colour. Even though it has such a positive attribute it is also said that it creates an intense craving for food. Generally people who are fan of the colour orange are thoughtful and sincere. It helps promote enthusiasm but also stimulates creativity.

Yellow: Yellow is a bright, optimistic colour that enlightens people and promotes happiness. For this reason it is mentally stimulating and encourages abundant conversation. Golden yellow generally carries the promise of a very bright and positive future.

Childrens bikes can be picked according the personality of your child.
