Other companies that offer free beauty products online will have small print along with the offer so that when the consumer fills out the general information to get the free beauty product online, they will be sent to a screen where they are required to choose and complete one to three offers that the company has on the list. This is really a catch twenty-two for the consumers since they will have already filled in their contact information, thus giving the company access to send other spam and junk mail to them, in addition to 'tricking' them into buying products that they were not interested in before in order to get the free beauty products online. When completing these offers, the consumers usually end up with a credit card, service or other product that they really do not want and will have spent much more money than they would have by going to a store to purchase the product that they wanted to get for free.
