There are a number of people who want to make a perfectly muscular body these days. The problem however, lies is knowing how to start the procedure,many people I know are confused in the initial phases of body building as to how much of what they should do. So this article is written for all you beginners who wish to start off a routine that will help them make the perfect physique.
So in this article I want to give the basic guidelines for beginners as to how they can start the process of body building. The first thing is that the exercises that you chose should be meant to especially target only those muscle groups that you want to develop. Also let me tell you that if you go in for free weights then you will see better results as compared to weight machines. The next thing that I want to tell you is how many sets per workout you should do, the ideal sets that you should do per exercises session should be 12 and 16 this will allow for as good growth of the muscles and also it gives enough time to your muscles to relax.
The third thing that you have to keep in your mind is that you should do no more then 3 to 5 sets per exercise at the start and once your muscles have developed properly then you should probably do 3 sets per exercise. For beginners, I would suggest that they should do around 5 to 8 reps per set if they are doing heavy weights, although the professionals would do around 8 to 12 reps per set. The next thing is that the speed of the reps for beginners should be quicker if you want the muscles to develop faster. Once your muscles have developed properly you could probably reduce the speed of the reps that you perform to suit your convenience, all though I suggest that if you have just started working out then your muscles are undeveloped and need more speedy workouts.
The next thing that you have to remember when you want to build a good body is that you have to give your body enough rest between workouts and only then you will see the desired growth, so remember not to overdo your exercises and also to give enough rest to your muscles. The last thing that you have to know is that you should not have a training session longer then 30 to 45 minutes, if you workout properly then this much time is enough for you.So follow these tips and get the perfect body.
