If you have a body that is overweight or even obese, the Combat The Fat by Jeff Anderson promises to give you that slim body you always wanted. I have tried it and I will share with you my thoughts on it.
I was always overweight ever since I was young. It was so inconvenient that I would always breathe heavily even after a short walk. I wanted to have a lean body so I spent a lot of money on books and even gym memberships. Sadly it didn't help me one bit.
I was at my wits end when I found the Combat The Fat eBook by Jeff Anderson. I was not optimistic at all when I first tried it because of all the disappointments I previously had with these kinds of programs. But I figured I should just give it a chance. After trying some workouts it told me to do, I felt that my body was becoming lighter little by little. It did not transform my body instantly, but that little progress served as an inspiration for me so I decided to suck it up and just follow everything.
And now, I am happy to say that I am in the best shape of my life. I am constantly wondering as to why I didn't come across this program before.
I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to eliminate the fat in their bodies. I am positive that it will work for you the way it has for me.
