Have you dealt with feeling insecure about your height? Many indivuduals around the world have dealt with not being satisfied over how tall that they are. Most people would assume that there is nothing at all that you can do about your height and you are stuck with how tall that you are.

I am a very small women I am only 5.2 and always hear things about how short I am. It really started to get to me and limited alot of things that I could do. This is really embarrassing but I was also limited on the rides I could ride when I would go to carnivals. Whenever I light bulb would burn out I would always have to ask someone to come over to change it for me.

It really seemed like everything I did was a hard task. Even with doing the dishes I would have to get out a chair and stand on it to put my dishes away. I really hated being limited over how tall I was and my friends did not mind helping but I really did not like to burden them with helping me with simple tasks.

One day one of my friends told me about the How I Grow Taller Book and that it had really good testimonials from people that have tried it. I looked over the website and it looked very legit and I decided to give it an honest try.

It was really not something that would give me results overnight and I understood that. It was something that I would have to work at like anything else. I applied everything that was discussed in the book and went the full 6 weeks like the book advised. At the end of the 6 weeks I measured myself and I went from 5.2 to 5.6! It was wierd at first and I even invited my friend over to make sure I was not seeing things but sure enought I grew 4 inches from reading the How I Grow Taller Book. I am very glad that I am an average height now and I do not hear anything negative about my size anymore.
