Has your girlfriend left you, maybe even catching you off guard with it? You must have seen it coming, or did you ignore the signs? Now that she's gone you want to get her back, but are unsure what to do when a girlfriend leaves you.
If you want to get your ex girlfriend back, you obviously have some hurdles ahead of you. You have to figure out exactly what went wrong with your relationship to cause your break up. If you find you are the cause, them you must man up to it and take responsibility for it.
Do not blame someone else, if you really want her back admit to her that you now understand that you are at fault and apologize to her. Make your apology count; it should be from the heart. You do not have to grovel at her feet, just mean what you say.
Your ex should expect that you will not do whatever it was that caused the break up again. If you think you can not change or do better, then you could be heading for another break up if she took you back.
All of this holds true for your girlfriend also. If she was to blame for the break up you should expect her to not repeat whatever it was she did. If she caused the break up are you sure you can trust her again.
In either situation, the two of you need to build some good communication skills and learn to be on top of any relationship problem that comes up, so you can stop it before it gets out of hand.
