One of the largest ice machines in this range is the Scotsman MV1006 Model. This unit is ideal for bars and night clubs where the main menu item is drinks. It produces up to 465 kilograms of ice in a 24 hour period. It makes a full super dice cube of 12 grams. For this unit, it is ideal to fit a Scotsman stainless steel ice bin that has a capacity of 500 kilograms. It is essential that you retain as much of the ice as possible so that it maintains its structural integrity and is ready for serving at any required time.
