Engaging with your customer has never been so easy

This personal engagement is just as important on the high street as it is online, after all the two are interchangeable, some customers will find you on the high street and check you out online and others will find you online and check you out for real, so you can't afford to do social media online and not physically and vice versa.

Simple inventions such as the A board and snap frame are effective ways of getting a sales or promotional message across in a physical environment and it's this sort of equipment that you should be making work for you. Banners and signs are all well and good but they lack the flexibility of changeable boards and frames, with these you can create a different message each day, week or however often you like which is great for promoting deals of the day and the like. In other words, once you've invested in the item you can create inexpensive messages on a home PC to put within the snap frames or use a marker or chalk to create a message, depending on the type of A board you go for.

Keep the message simple and punchy, you'll have a matter of seconds to catch the consumer's attention and in that time you need to tell them what the offer is and why they absolutely must take you up on it. It's a tall order if you've never written an advert before so check out the competition if they're performing better than you and see how they're approaching advertising, what's working for them could quite easily work for you.

One important point to remember when using physical advertising is not to let your offer go stale, to refresh your offer every so often but also to have days when there are no offers on. The problem with constant offers is that you risk losing vital impact and people may also get accustomed to offers and not be prepared to buy your products or use your services unless there is a live deal.

Invest in A boards and snap frames for an easy way to promote products and services to your customers and hopefully increase your profit margins.
