• Exercise: Then the Caffeine enhances every aspect of physical activity, including endurance, speed, and recovery of the damaged muscle cells. Normally the studies show that a 200 mg dose will improve the endurance by 20% when riding an exercise bike, running on a treadmill or doing other moderately strenuous workouts.
