When does a person get to have a bad credit? Well, if you start to analyze your financial situation and you get to realize that you haven't had any loans or credits in your entire lifetime, then you are definitely spared from this. However, if you try to assess your financial condition and if you have loans under your name, then you should start thinking whether the credit you have falls under the category of either good or bad.
For a credit to be categorized as a bad one, there are certain criteria that can be looked at to arrive at the judgment that there's something with your credits. This can be traced on your credit history, which means that for you to verify the status of your credits, you need to go back to all the loans that you have made in your entire lifetime so that you can arrive at the conclusion that your credit history is not tolerable anymore. You can determine whether your credit has turned out bad if your credit score has not reached the desired target for a safe credit. This score is actually referred to as the credit score. In the standards of the US, they use a particular scoring system in which if your accumulated scores are below 600, then you can be tagged as having bad credits. This could be caused by several factors, which actually boil down to more of a personal cause. It's more of not taking responsibility of the loans that you have incurred in the past years. If you were not able to resolve your loans beforehand and if you had a lot of loans which you were not able to manage, then there's a big possibility that you will have a very low credit score and that your loan can be categorized as a bad credit.
If you have a bad credit, then a lot would be at stake most especially if you plan to take new loans in the future. Definitely, if you have a credit score which won't go beyond the required standards of the government, then you can't acquire a new loan.
