The answer is yes, there is justice and action that can be taken if you know that you have been unfairly treated with an employer and resulted in your dismissal. If you were not dismissed for a legal reason or according to the terms that were in the original contract of the job regulations, then this would be the opportunity for you to take action and get the justice that you deserve.
If you want to be able to have a chance at getting justice or compensation for this case then you will need to meet the qualifications to do so. One of the qualifications would include working for the company for at least 12 months. If you have worked for the company for that amount of time and your employer dismissed you without a notice or with a notice then you then you would be eligible to file charges. Secondly if you had signed a fixed contract with it being expired or you were forced to resign, then you would have the right to press charges as well. Thirdly you can press charges if your employer would not allow you to come back to work after maternity leave.
Some Employers can be very unreasonable when it comes to dismissing a person from their job assignment which is why it is very important that you know all of the company agreement terms so that you don't just feel like it's not right, but you also know that it's not right. In most job contracts you can get dismissed if you are not performing your job accurately, but believe it or not there is still a chance that you can get justice out of such a situation. Perhaps there were not any other positions open for the employer to move you too which might have resulted in you getting dismissed from work.
Sometimes you might get granted another chance to work at your current job, but the employer will be required to train you for a new position or your current one. This is only in the case of if you know how to perform your job but perhaps you slack off a bit at work. The employer can train you to work faster or work on the areas of your job that you might be slacking in. According to your age, and how long you have worked for at your job will determine the type of compensation that you are granted.
Employment contracts can be confusing for many people so it is advisable to get assistance if your company compromise agreements between each other.
