Having worked as a life coach for about twenty years I have come across a lot of people who need this help but are not sure where to go for it.  Now that I am retired I get emails asking me where they can go and who I can recommend, and it is very important to me that I do not send them to one of the many scammers or one of the many who think they can  help but are out of their depth.   There are also a lot of people who set up websites just because they are bored or lonely or  housebound, but who fall at the first hurdle when asked to deliver the goods.
