Natural Treatment for Eczema – Natural Healing Methods

Eczema is the chronic skin disorder with skin inflammation and blisters from which there may be watery discharge. This chronic skin disorder causes itching, dryness, redness, and skin flakiness, and this disorder is also known as atopic dermatitis. The most affected areas of eczema are face, neck, arms, back of the knees, hands, and upper chest. This article clearly discusses all the effective natural treatment for eczema.

One of the good natural remedy is applying coconut oil or evening primrose oil or emu oil on the area affected with eczema, this treatment helps the skin to maintain its softness. Make a smooth paste by adding one teaspoon of sandalwood and one teaspoon of camphor, and rub this paste on the infected region to get good result. Simple natural remedy for treating eczema is applying mudpack on the infection or taking sunbath. Simple water remedies like cold wet fomentations and cold compress are very useful eczema natural remedy and based on the severity of this disorder, the water treatment should be applied twice daily.

Prepare a smooth paste by adding one tablespoon of turmeric powder and one tablespoon of bitter neem leaves, and apply it on the affected region regularly to get effective result. Another alternate natural treatment is to apply a paste prepared from one teaspoon of camphor and one teaspoon of sandalwood on the infected region. Another simple treatment is applying spearmint juice or applying mashed almond leaves on the eczema region. Prepare a fine paste out of nutmeg with water and apply it on the affected areas daily for best result.

Add some neem leaves to the boiling mustard oil, continue boiling until the oil turns black, filter the oil and apply it on the eczema affected portion to permanently remove the eczema. Use finely mashed papaya seeds on the infected skin to prevent any skin itching due to the infection of eczema. Use witch hazel on the affected area to prevent the inflammations due to the eczema condition. Never use soaps, dying products or chemicals on the infected area, as it has a negative reaction on the infection.

Apply blueberry leaves on the infection to prevent any redness and itching caused by the infection. Vitamin E has greater soothing effect on the infection, and this can be applied in the form of oil or cream and even vitamin E supplements can be taken. A natural treatment for eczema is always the best option, but proper research should be done before embarking on any natural remedies.
