When your struggling to make ends meat the last thing you are going to want to do is drop $15 for a day pass at a local gym. Using the right bodyweight exercises, you can get an effective full body workout in less than 30 minutes. By combining push-up variations, row, chin-ups, and single-leg exercises you will see results fast.

But bodyweight training is not just pushups and crunches. There are so many variations of pushups that you can do: decline, spiderman, elevated, close-grip, offset, and more. Plus there are endless leg exercises you can perform that are just as good as any machine workout in the gym.

If you have a stability ball lying around your house then you can add this to your bodyweight workouts and now you have even more exercises to choose from. If you want to up the fat burning intensity of your workout then you can now perform ball pikes and ball rotations to blast those abs, and ball leg curls to really hit your hamstrings.

Plus, if you’re a busy person then bodyweight workouts are the answer as they are fast and effective. Why spend time driving to the gym when you can go to the local park, use your office space, living room, or backyard, and get the same fat burning results.

Start with the basics and run through them in a circuit or superset them together to maximize the fat burning effect. Once you have to the basics down begin substituting exercises for more advance ones and perform these workouts anytime and anyplace. You’ll not only burn fat but you’ll gain muscle, get lean and improve your stamina without ever having to step foot in a gym.
