The winter months usually spell out cold days which are made more comfortable with hot drinks and warm comfort food. Because it is so cold, our drinks and meals tend to cool off a lot quicker. Anvil manufactures both cup and plate warmers for the catering equipment industry.
The Anvil Cup Warmer is specifically designed to keep coffee cups warm and ready for serving. When you pour the coffee into the cup it will stay warmer for longer than if you just poured the coffee into a cold ceramic mug. This additional effort that you put into keeping your customer's cup and coffee warm during these cold winter days will be much appreciated by the consumers. They will recognize that your restaurant takes more care for their customers which will result in customers returning to you on a regular basis. The Anvil Cup Warmer is 350 x 330 x 448 millimeters in size and weighs only 10.2 kilograms. It is not a heavy piece of kitchen equipment and can be set up on any countertop while taking up little space. It draws 0.2 kilowatts of power which is just enough to heat the cups to a comfortable and manageable heat.
The Anvil Plate Warmer serves a similar function in that it keeps the plates warm and ready for serving. There are three plate warmers available, namely the Round Plate Warmer, the Plate Lowerator and the Single Door Plate Warmer.
The Round Plate Warmer is portable and holds up to 36 plates at full capacity. It is 450 x 485 x 850 millimeters in size and weighs 34 kilograms with a power output of 0.6 kilowatts. This unit can hold a plate with a size of up to 280 millimeters in diameter.
The Anvil Plate Lowerator has more advanced features. The temperature is controlled via a thermostat. Its double skin stainless steel construction reduces heat loss and improves the strength of the unit. It has adjustable plate guides and spring tension. It is designed to be a countersunk unit for counter top installation. This
catering equipment is 450 x 450 x 847 millimeters in size (countersunk dimensions are 405 x 725 millimeters), 35 kilograms with 0.4 kilowatts of power.
The Anvil Single Door Plate Warmer has a full stainless steel double wall construction with an adjustable shelf position which offers flexibility. This unit can hold up to 60 plates and it is thermostatically controlled with a pilot light. This plate warmer's dimensions are 450 x 485 x 850 millimeters, weighs 34 kilograms and has a power output of 0.75 kilowatts. It can hold a plate with a size of up to 360 millimeters in diameter.
