How to plan meals when no one is really home anymore. Whether it is parents that are on the go or it is our children, we are just to busy.

That is why places like McDonald's and all the fast food restaurants are making so much money. And so are their delivery drivers.

We need fast and we need food now. People do not have the energy to spend a whole Weekend planning food and making meals to last them the week. That is because it just takes too much.

A whole 8 hours of cutting, chopping and making heat in the kitchen can leave anyone exhausted. So what can we do?

Well planning works yes. But where to start? Meal Plans 101 is THE place to start. Not only will it get you started on your way to healthier eating, but it will also help you plan based on YOUR needs.
