Exercises To Gain Height

These days people are very conscious about their physical appearance and want to look perfect from head to toe. There are some who look for ways to gain more height in order to feel confident and secured about themselves. There certain surgeries which can increase the height but they are extremely risky and painful. The natural and safe way of gaining more height is through exercises. There are some type of exercises if practiced regularly will help you to grow taller if you practice them regularly, read on to find out.



Stretching exercise is very effective in gaining height. By stretching you body you are going to strengthen your muscles and improve your body posture. Stretching also helps to stimulate the growth hormones which make one taller. Through stretching exercises your body will become more flexible which will enable your bones and cartilage to grow. There are different types of stretching exercise for you to follow and they are discussed below.



Body Stretching Exercises- This type of exercise can be done using a bar as the exercise equipment. You need to perform this exercise for five to ten minutes everyday. Hang your self from the bar and change your grip from underhand to overhand continuously. Also keep changing the spacing between your grips on the bar. This type of exercise will improve your physical structure and help you increase your height by one and a half inches.



Legs and Spines Stretching Exercises- This set of exercise will increase the flexibility of your legs and spine. You have to sit down on a floor and spread out your legs straight. Then bend down to touch your toes. While touching your toes dont bend your legs. In beginning you may find this exercise pretty difficult, put with time and practice you will be able to it with ease.



Shoulder Stretching Exercises- You need to lie flat on the stomach with your face up on the floor. Then slowly raise your shoulder from the ground with the support of your arms. Stay in that position and count up to ten. Then again slowly get back to the original position. Repeat the entire process for five to six times. You will gain some height if perform this exercise twice daily for about a month.

Besides exercises you also need to follow proper diet for attaining a good height. There are some vitamins and minerals which is necessary for attaining a good height. More over you should take sufficient amount of rest and sleep for your body to be receptive to growth. When you sleep the body recovers and rejuvenates itself including the spinal cord which determines your posture. You also need to believe in yourself and keep reassuring yourself that you will successfully reach your goal. Then only you will find the motivation to workout and consequently you will get the desired results.
