TACFIT - 'Tactical Fitness' Tactical Specific Physical Conditioning is created by "Flow Coach" Scott Sonnon (Visit Wikipedia to learn more about Coach Scott Sonnon) as his signature cascade of power and flow, a 26 Program Array from Alpha to Zulu, each program named after a letter in the NATO phonetic alphabet. Each program lasts only 20 minutes, but has the metabolic fat-burning equivalent of 4 hours of conventional cardio training.
Each movement in the Program has four stages or levels, which incrementally progress in sophistication, so the movement is always doable and challenging regardless of whether you are an elite athlete or have never worked out a day in your life! The stages are:
