Some EFT Weight Loss Ideas To Consider

Of course, looking at that huge belly or that fat bum or those thunder thighs is enough to make most of us wish we could just take a pill and it would disappear. Or starve and exercise it away in 3 weeks. Or do anything, anything at all, to get rid of it now with the greatest urgency. But it may have taken you a lifetime or at least some years or months to get here, and so it makes sense to move to the next phase at a rate that will not only get you there but keep you there. The last thing you want is to have to go through all that dieting and boot-camping, crazy exercising, or whatever you had to sacrifice, all over again.
It can be very confusing. For me, it was almost cruel, but I tapped on it. You see, it took me longer than most of my own clients to finish my own EFT weight loss program myself. I was under enormous stress at the time so that factor slowed everything down. All the while hearing comments from them of how much they had lost; I had to tap for the envy and unfairness too. Now I am just very happy for them. And I am happy I respected going at my own pace. Let me give you an example of what EFT can help you achieve. Last Sunday, I went for a meal at my local Indian restaurant, where I now ask for 1 tablespoon of rice only, and still had to leave some food, as I could not imagine where it could fit in my tummy. 5 Years previously, I used to eat the whole thing with all the rice they give you, a soft drink, and a pudding. My stomach feels like it has literally shrunk to accommodate a normal amount of food. EFT helps you flow with your body's needs, and at the same time, it helps you release the stress in your life. Stress is not helpful for any bad habit. Stress has also been scientifically proven to slow down or completely stop the body's fat-burning process.
With EFT, there is also a popular phrase with many variations, but it basically goes like "I love myself" or "I accept myself" or "I give myself love". As we love and accept ourselves more, we feel less stress. As we feel less stress, we are less likely to run to our source of comfort - over-eating (or eating the wrong food for our body). And we are more likely to find the time to move more, rather than put everyone's needs above ours and find no time to move our bodies as nature intended.
EFT, otherwise known as tapping, is a simple mixture of targeted wording and easy self-applied acupressure. It can calm you down and you the strength to do what is good for your body. Its power is very subtle, yet it is the only way I have known for keeping that weight off for good for myself. Maybe you can try it and see what it can do for you.
