In this article we are going to look at a few easy techniques you can use to make your penis bigger, and often in rapid fire turn around time! We are going to quickly cover what I like to call the 3 "T's" of male enhancement exercise, and how incorporating all three can give you super size in a hurry!
Tip #1: Tension Exercises
These refer to applying consistent pressure to the spongy tissue in the penis called the corposa cavernosa. Penis stretching, for example, is a simplified way to growing this tissue by applying force to it, or "stressing" the cells within the penis to divide, multiply and regrow. Very effective and while there are devices that are sold for this purpose, I recommend ( and personally do) exercises that are equally as effective for a fraction of the cost.
Tip #2: Torque Exercises
These are movements like the jelq, where force is applied from the base of the penis through the glans, in an effort to transmit more blood throughout the penile chamber. Have been done FOREVER, and remain to this day a very effective way of adding length in a short order. (no pun intended.)
Tip #3: Cross Training Technique
This essentially refers to the whole gamut, or range of movements, manipulations and exercises that are required if you REALLY want great gains. More than just one or two simple motions, this is a series of simple, easy to follow, full anatomical solution for girth, length and even more sexual power, all realized through a VARIETY of complimentary practices!
As with everything else in the Men's health domain, knowledge is POWER and information is EVERYTHING!
