Long ago log cabin homes were, of course, built in areas of wilderness – mountains, prairies, and the like. More recently, cabins became available to use on weekend retreats or when individuals went on holiday. The cabins of today, though, are often built for individuals and families to live in year round.
If you are interested in building your own log cabin, whether to use as your primary residence or vacation home, you should be sure you spend an adequate amount of time looking at how much value a company can provide for the least amount of money. You'll be glad you did!
