The term prefabricated metal building was first introduced In the 1960s, and it referred to the new generation of steel buildings. The technology boom continued in the 60s with the advent of the first computer designed steel buildings. Through Computerization the total costs for prefabricated steel buildings can more easily and accurately predicted than conventional buildings.
The biggest advantage of prefabricated steel buildings are its availability along with all chosen components, and ready to be assembled. Prefabricated steel buildings are all pre punched, pre drilled, and pre welded at the factory prior to shipment to the construction site.
