How To Creative Visualize?

1. Find a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed before you start. First, sit quietly and make yourself comfortable. Take a few deep breaths to calm yourself down.

2. Once you feel relaxed, close your eyes and picture a screen in your mind’s eye. Project a picture of what you want on the screen.

3. Imagine the picture with as many details as possible. Draw the five senses into your picture. The more senses involved the better. Stay relax throughout the exercise.
