Always read the "terms of agreement" carefully before you purchase any kind of phone number lookup service or public record search.
If you have the person's landline number, you might want to do a reverse number check on that number first. It may be easier to find. It may be easier to find.
So the answer to our original questions, do cell phone directories exist, the answer is not yet. No telling what will happen in the future, but until cell phone directories become a matter of public record, cell phone records are relatively private.
