So how do people find relief from panic attacks?
Try not to think about the future too much.
While day reaming about the future in a good way is a nice thing to do, when you think about the future and ponder things that might happen in a negative way then you are setting yourself up for anxiety and possibly a panic attack. Try not to imagine situations before they happen, if you have to do something just do it.
Accept your panic attacks
Understand what is happening to you and what a panic attack is. This way when you feel the anxiety setting in and you know what the signs of your panic attacks are, you will be able to calmly excuse yourself and deal with the attack.
Make Lists
Some people develop anxiety because they don't know what's coming and they feel like they are not in control of their life. If this is you, you should try writing lists for the next day (but no too far in advance) so that you always feel like you are achieving something and are in control.
Breathing Techniques
When you are feeling anxious take ten minutes out from your day to breath. Literally sit down, close your eyes and breath. Don't breath too deeply because that sends additional adrenalin to your brain.
