The HTC Desire Z is a newest addition to the expanding line of Android phones. You can watch movies when you're mobile on the large touch screen, and when it comes time to text or send an email, take advantage of the phone's QWERTY keyboard. The HTC Desire Z is made of aluminium which gives it a premium look and feel. The phone weighs in at 180g, and feels very sturdy in your hand, yet is still nice and thin. Hidden under the 3.7 inch SLCD screen is a hinged QWERTY keyboard with only four rows of keys. HTC saved room by removing the dedicated number keys which can be accessed with the "alt" key. The phone boasts an impressive 800 MHz Snapdragon processor so you can quickly pull up web pages and applications. It is also Flash-enabled, allowing you to view more videos and animations on the internet.
The large screen is perfect for browsing the internet and text is automatically sized so you can view web pages without scrolling to the side. The headphone jack is positioned on top of the phone so that corded headphones are out of the way when watching videos or listening to the integrated FM radio player. The Desire Z comes with 1.5GB of internal memory, and the memory can be expanded to 32GB through the Micro SD slot.
The phone has a 5MP camera and the auto focus and flash let you easily take pictures in any environment. The camera also records 720p HD video which is the best HTC offers. Videos look amazing posted on the internet or shared between friends.
The HTC Desire Z is phone packed with many great features and definitely keeps up with the competition. It boasts a beautiful touch screen for viewing the web and watching videos and the QWERTY keyboard is a great addition for fast texting. You can view more interactive web content because it has a flash player, unlike the iPhone. The Desire Z is great for anyone who needs to access emails for business reasons, since they are automatically prioritised.
