Pay close attention to this important step: I mean be curiuos about everything, life books, different cultures, art, movies and life to name a few. This will serve to give your imagination and creativity a great boost.

6. Stay a fan of music.

Another key is this element of stying fresh, inquisitive and inspired. Stay in love with it the way you were in the very beginning. If you dont feel the same go work in an office job. Be enthusiastic and thirsty for music. Hunger for knowledge and excitement in the hearing of a new band or song that you come to love.

7. Songwriting is a craft.

The reasons this can be critical are that like anything you do or anything you wish to build or make requires kknowledge and understanding of the basic structure. The song lyrics need to flow and make sense to the listener. Putting it all together the correct way is important.

Leaving words out can be just as important to the overall success of the song. and you will most likely succeed and will enjoy the benefits thereof.
