The Truth About Network Marketing

I've heard it a million times "Network Marketing are all scams!" or "They just want you money, nobody is really selling anything working from home." "Only a fool would get involved with network marketing."

While I would agree with these statements because there are a ton of scams going out out there but let me point out a few things.

Avon, you know the long standing multi-billion dollar company, operates it's complete business on a MLM, network marketing program. May Kay? Same thing. Party Lite Candles? You bet MLM.

Let's agree that there are some very good network marketing opportunity out there as well as home based business scams. So why are people so jaded about these work at home businesses?

Well the truth is most people cannot and will not admit that their failure could be there own fault. Their own lack of work ethic or ability to understand how to actually work a legitimate home based business leads them to find something to blame.

"It can't be me, I signed up for the business like they said and did not make any money." The business is a scam and there is nobody making money. They make their money by just charging sign-up fees.

The truth about network marketing, shhhhh it is a secret, you actually have to work!!

People need to realize that assuming you have joined a legitimate home based business opportunity, it is no different than any other business and you have to put in the work to build the business. I spent many years and money on different types of business ventures and I used to be the same as everyone else. "They are scams, do not waste your money."

Yet the appeal of building residual income and the ability to work at home kept me searching for a legit mlm. I finally found one and I don't know if it is the first one I joined or if it is the fact that I found a mentor that helped me understand that I have to work and it takes time to build a business.

Work? If I wanted to work I would just keep my job working for the man! It's amazing that people believe that they can pay a little money and a business will magically start and grow for them. how exactly would this happen and if you know of a way please let me know. I want to do nothing and make a bunch of money.

The network marketing truth is that there are some good opportunities out there and if you learn the business and work the system you can be successful. I am living proof of that....12 years later. lol
