Outsourcing Success - 5 Dynamic Rules of Successful Marketing by Bill Clarke

How many people are on your Success Team? Do you regularly outsource labor and efforts to a specific team of people? By putting together a success team, you have members who encourage and motivate, and everyone stays in the game longer.

1. You can't do it all.

When you have powerful dynamic goals to achieve, you have to realize you can't accomplish everything yourself. You need help, encouragement, and others to move you forward. As a business owner, you gain the most when you allow others to help you reach your goals.

2. Other's have important skills you need.

You gain perspective of what skills you may need to help achieve your goals when you begin to realize you can't do it all. Other people have those skills. You don't have to rely on just what you personally have to reach your goal. You can ask others to help you, by using their skills.

3. You make more when you specialize your skills.

In 1954, Jay Van Andel and Rich DeVoss started a flying business. They were going to teach others to fly. Neither of them knew how to fly, so they spent their time on the ground selling people on education and hired people to teach them how to fly. Specialize in what you do best and let others do what they do best.

4. Team players are better resources.

When you reach out and ask for help, it's important to know that you're asking the right people. If the people you've asked for help, have previously asked you for help, they're likely to be team players. Those who know how to ask and to receive are better resources than those who only take.

5. Unified collaboration is motivational.

Are several members of your team working toward the same goals. It's literally motivational to have multiple members working toward similar goals. What's the primary goal in your team's effort? Find out and have everyone work toward that achievement first. The rest will come too.

Are you using the opportunity to outsource your work for more effective achievements?
