If you use standard website statistical analysis software to determine the favourite entry and exit pages to and from your website, you can design these so that you have Adsense blocks in the appropriate positions and also opt-in forms on each of them to capture email addresses at the best entry and exit points.
Many people used to make a lot of money by designing pages purely for Adsense, with no content but repetitions of keywords within text to which any keyword could be added. This was done by means of page generation software into which you typed your list of keywords and the software would generate literally thousands of pages with Adsense blocks already inserted. They literally made thousands of dollars daily until Google caught on and applied duplicate content penalties and also contextual analysis of web page content, that they termed LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing).
This type of page generation is not longer favored, and many webmasters are going the opposite way and provided expert niche websites with good content backed up by article marketing and affiliate products. Although designed with well positioned adsense, these websites are constructed to achieve high listings in search engines and earn a lot of money from each of a few websites rather than a little money from each of many.
That is how to make money using Google Adsense, although those to whom Adsense is a prime source of income keep a good eye on what Google is doing and try to guess at what they are planning next.
