Journalism becomes fiction when the writer has no facts to support his or her point of view. The writer takes what might be true and then adds a whole lot of things that might also be true, and then feeds that load of propaganda to the reader.

Yes, I said propaganda, just like what we have been getting, for the past several years, from President Bush, his administration and the major news networks. Clearly, they all seem to have their own secret reasons for not liking the Arab People. I'm not an Arab, but I don't hate any of those people. I truly wish them well and I hope that all of the killing will stop as soon as possible.

It hurts me to see our own soldiers kicking down the doors of the homes of people who simply want to survive the day and see the sun rise on the next. Then again, I would like to see Osama bin Laden brought to justice, along with the rest of his supporters.

So too, that's one subject in which the news media constantly hammers onto the heads of the readers of newspapers and the watchers of commercial television. For example, do you remember the Bush press interview when President Bush explained his reasons for going to war against Iraq?

Believe it or not, President Bush was already aware of every question asked, and he also knew who would ask each question. Clearly, President Bush needs acting lessons. So too, with the help of the news media industry, "We People of the United States of America," got yet another load of staged propaganda from the leader of our Government, and also from the people who are supposed to be journalists, not fiction writers.
