Who ever said you could reconcile your grief with Vim and Vigor? Vim is not a word commonly used, yet clarity synonyms for vim are vitality, energy, punch and dash. Vigor synonyms are, robustness, stamina strength, and staying power. After all you have just experience a tragedy in your life! Life will never be like it was before your grief circumstance brought loss into your life. Is it possible you can jump-start your grief reconciliation with vim and vigor?
First let's take magical out of the jump-start equation. After sorrow you must look at practical, reasonable things you can do to reconcile your grief to be able to live your best life. How can you attract happiness transformation? Can you act with energy, punch and dash? Can you look beyond the misfortune and heartbreak of your loss with robustness and staying power? How can you stop reacting to the negative circumstance of your loss? Success is not seeing an event in the future but embracing actions to solve the here and now.

Generate an Inspirational Dream
Dream about happiness you once had in your life. As horrific as your loss might be there can be happiness in your life again. The vision of your dream must be sufficiently compelling to shift your vision to action. You must believe in yourself and your dream so it can become a reality. Remember to determine ways to remove negative thinking and doubt from your mind - don't self-sabotage your efforts.
Identify What You Want and Can Have and Steps to Get There
Identify what you want and what is repelling your happiness. It must be definitive. I want to be happy again is too broad. Suffering is often optional. Give up the option to be sad and sorrowful. Identify what fears you might have. Identify what things you can do to make your life more happy and normal given your grief circumstance
Forgive Your Sadness, Others and Self
Placing blame on life, on happenings, on others, yourself doesn't reconcile or cure your condition. On many occasions it is a human tendency to want to place blame on something or someone as if it would change the here and now. Doing so is wasted effort and surely a futile exercise.
Acknowledge Your Blessings
But look at my circumstance you say. Don't focus on the bad. Don't give energy to your loss. Counting blessings is the antidote to your suffering. Gratitude antidotes are valuable pearls to your hope and happiness. Count your blessings one by one. You will be surprised about your blessings. Don't continue to uncover sadness. You might consider keeping a gratitude journal. If you feel you have no blessings generate something to be grateful about.
Determine Daily Actions Steps
Decide what you can do. What and how can you make things happen? Visualize your self-proclaimed action steps as inevitable. Don't be blind to how you might self-sabotage your actions.
Don't Attract Negative Energy
Your mindset must be clarified. Only you can dissect it clearly. Examine your expectations. Are they clear? Do they need tweaked and refined? Do you expect happiness? Why not? Expect happiness.
Always Act From Love
To be alive in this wonderful world we live in is a blessing. Even though your loss may be tremulous and awful. You must love yourself and the opportunities you have before you. Operating from a point of anger is self- defeating.
