5 Of The Healthiest Super Foods by Scott Malin

These are the highest quality and most nutrient dense superfoods on the planet. Each has a wide variety of nutrients, antioxidants, phytonutrients, co factors and a huge array of health promoting properties. There is a brief description of each.

Spirulina – Provides more concentrated vegetable nutrition than any other whole food.
