Hoodia H57 Side-Effects by Ko Torimi

Are there any? My research shows that diet Fads come and go, and there is always a new product that is looming on the horizon that promises to do what no other has done before. Clever marketing tells me that most of the products will make a lot of money preying on people with a need that are hoping for a miracle cure.

One weight loss product that is not looming on the horizon but has been on the market since 1996 and continues to have great success is Hoodia H57. Hoodia appears to be a cactus, but it is actually a succulent which grows exclusively in the arid regions of South Africa.

20 known strains of Hoodia are known, but only hoodia gordonii contains the chemical p57, which is located in the thickest parts of the plant. The Bushmen who reside in the Kalahari Desert have been using hoodia for centuries to control hunger and thirst when participating in long hunting trips.

When hoodia is ingested the active chemical p57 is released into the hypothalamus section of the brain and tricks it into thinking that your stomach is full, thereby suppressing your appetite. What makes people feel hungry is when their blood sugar levels drop, creating the feeling of hunger. Hoodia overpowers this hunger feeling and not only suppresses your appetite, but actually keeps your brain from even thinking about food.

The big question on most peoples minds concerns Hoodia H57 Side Effects, well that's just it, there are no side effects. Even Leslie Stahl from 60 minutes stated after using Hoddia h57 that there were no side effects, no queasy stomach and no racing heart. All of the scientists who tested Hoodia h57 also stated that there were no side effects that they could find.

It sounds to good to be true that something all natural is actually working to help people overcome weight issues that have been plaguing them for years, although the proof is in the pudding as they say. Even Oprah Winfrey mentioned that this was a blessing that has been a long time coming.

There has been many off shoots on the Hoodia theme with patches, gum and similar other products, although the majority of people have been reporting that these side products were not effective. When considering a product such as Hoodia H57 or any other weight loss product for that matter you will want to consult with your doctor, especially if you are taking a prescription medication.

Also for women who are pregnant or nursing a baby you will always want to consult with your doctor before taking any supplement. The bottom line from the research that I have done is that Hoodia has been helping people to loose weight, is all natural and no known Hoodia H57 side effects have been found.

Loosing weight has never been an easy task for most people, proper diet exercise and sometimes a little nudge to get you started off to smaller sizes.
