Costa Brava Villa

Situated in a place called Pla de Balleses, it is just about 3 kilometers away from the city of La Bisbal d'Emporda. Although it is an old villa, it is fully updated with all the modern facilities; of course this has not discounted its rustic beauty. It has stone walls, beautiful flooring of terracotta tiles with beautiful beams in the ceiling.

The rooms are abundantly spacious with cross ventilation. The furniture has antique designs. The entire villa is fully furnished with appropriate upholstery. There is an area for sunbathing with enough places for shading. There is a kitchen which is fully equipped. It also has a private swimming pool which is perfectly maintained. The list of utilities does not stop at this; it has a Gym, table tennis room, a well furnished reading room with collection of good books and other reading material and is surrounded by Mediterranean garden which is floodlit by solar energy. The owner of the house who resides just by the side is always available for any other assistance. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and nine sleeps.

Mass Ferran Villa is near the beach and there are rows of shops, bars and restaurants which are located at just a walking distance from the villa.
Rent:
This spacious villa is available on a reasonable rent of Euros 2000 to 3300 per week. Payment can be made in UK pounds also.
