1. Eat a healthy breakfast - Starting your day right is the foundation of losing weight and being healthy. If your day has shaky foundations, it will not turn out to be good for you. If you eat a good breakfast, you will immediately be motivated to NOT eat bad stuff that entire day.

A good breakfast is one with lots of protein and fiber. You should also eat some veggies as well.

2. Do a short workout each morning before breakfast - 10 minutes will do and it doesn't have to be super-intense. The idea is to boost your metabolism and get your body goind a bit.

3. Do a short workout the minute you get back from work - Before you settle in front of the TV, take a few minutes to do some stretches, or light exercises.

4. Do 3 - 4 intense weight lifting and cardio workouts each week to really help you to burn the fat away. You should train your entire body and make sure that you're pushing yourself in the gym.

5. Get rid of calorie traps in your diet that are making you eat more calories without even knowing it. Things like alcohol, sugary cereal, juices, and junk food should be avoided.

Follow these tips and you may be able to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Even if you don't succeed, you will likely be close.
