There are so many ways to promote products and services online but my favorite tool is still article writing. Why? Not only because it is cost-effective, it also never fails to generate traffic for my website, attract more subscribers to my opt-in list, and bring me with increased sales potential and revenue. Indeed, I cannot ask for more!
If you want to experience the same great benefits, you will need to energize your article writing strategies. Here's how you can exactly do that:
1. Create an outline. The thought of writing 300-500 word articles can sometimes be overwhelming especially for new writers. I can understand the feeling of staring at a blank page and having a hard time figuring out how to fill it with informative words and interesting content. You can overcome this by creating an outline that will help you easily break down your article into small chunks. If you have already decided on the topic to write about, ask yourself a couple of questions that your potential clients might ask and try to answer them. You'll surely be able to start writing in no time.
2. Topic selection -- identify a problem and resolve it. To easily grab the attention of your potential clients, talk about their pressing issues and offer them information on how they can resolve them. For instance, if you are targeting people who are suffering from weight gain, you can write an article about effective weight loss programs. Just ensure that your topics are closely related to your products and services so you can easily pitch in your offerings at the end of your articles.
3. Use a compelling title. It is very important that you know how to grab the attention of online users within few seconds after they encounter your articles titles. You must know how to make these people feel excited that they would like to open and read your articles in a heartbeat. I highly recommend that you use words that can evoke action and ensure that your titles are benefit-driven.
4. Bank on your last paragraph. You need to make sure that your readers will act on your favor. You should close your articles with statement that will make your readers want to know more about your products and services so they will click on your resource box and give your site a visit.
