To give yourself time to adjust to the yoga sandals, wear the sandals for just a few minutes at first. Once your get used to the sandals, you can already use it for an hour or more. However, try not to wear the sandals for several hours because the muscles in between your toes could actually suffer from the tension of being stretched for long period.
