The average american credit card debt is the sole responsibility of the person to whom the credit card belongs to and know one else, so therefore, it has to be the holder of the credit card who steps up to the plate to solve it all.

Every person in America who is in deep financial trouble has to all step up individually to take care of the problem. Once everyone finally does that, then the average american credit card debt problems will be over and we will have a fresh start. But, when you think about it, it is really hard to break old habits and most people in end gaining even more debt once they wipe themselves clear of it the first time.
