Ipod Microphone

So you have an iPod and you have most of the accessories to go with it, but what you don’t have is an iPod microphone because you never thought that you need one. But lo and behold today is the day that you wished you had given in to impulse and bought yourself an iPod microphone.

You know better now though, and one of the very first things that you’re going to do when you get the time is to go out and buy yourself an iPod microphone. Why? Besides that you needed it once already and you didn’t have it with you, it will also come in quite handy when you want to record any podcasts to broadcast to fellow iPod holders.

But that’s not the real reason and you know it. You want an iPod microphone for no other reason than because it can help you to get through your courses by recording the lecture sessions so that it saves you on the time needed for taking down notes. And by doing this you also have the ability to take your notes anywhere with you and not be lumbered down by masses of books and notes (which if you remember you don’t have to take down anymore).

So all in all it becomes a sound investment because if you think about it, it will save you on the money you need to spend going to a physician when you get repetitive stress injury from taking down all those notes!

But where can you get an iPod microphone? You could try an Apple store near you, but this might not work out as you might only have the Apple brand of iPod microphones available to buy. You could also try out other electronic stores which will more than likely have many a microphone available including a compatible iPod microphone, but you might feel even that to be too limiting for you.

In this case, there’s nothing for it but for you to internet and look around for an iPod microphone that suits you, your iPod, and your budget, because really they’re not all that cheap. At least the better ones aren’t that cheap. The cheap ones are cheap but not necessarily in the category range of “better”.

And when you’re buying your iPod microphone you will want to make sure that the microphone jack will fit into your iPod. The input jack from your iPod might be standard, but that doesn’t mean that the corresponding one on the iPod microphone you’re looking at is.

And if you want to simultaneously listen at the same time that the iPod microphone is recording you will also need to get a little gadget known as an iPod microphone adapter. This device will allow you to both listen and record at the same time.
