Pedicure Socks
When getting a pedicure in cold weather, you happen to catch-22: bear the chill and have to go home in sandals or wrap your feet in plastic, and put your shoes back on, and hope for the best. These pedicure socks solve such problems. Put them on ahead of your polish and your foot will stay nice and warm for your stride or drive home and your polish will stay just right.
A principal disadvantage to the above described pedicure socks is that none offers the ability to keep the user's foot lukewarm to allow the user to stroll outside in cold weather, or even, to allow the user to be comfy in a pedicure salon during the winter months when bare feet are likely to be cold.
As soon as you finish with your manicure, you must not wear your sock or shoe. This is because the nail polish freshly applied is likely to get smudged. The sock or shoe will also tend to spoil due to the solvent that you need to apply in order to remove the nail polish marked on them.
One disadvantage of using stockings or socks is the fact that they do not allow parting of the toenails. Due to this, the toenail rubs against the socks and the next toes and the polish smudges on the skin. This polish can then be removed only with the help of a solvent. Using the solvent is also very tricky as this could cause further maiming of the polish of the other toe nails. Another problem in the Italian and German pedicure socks referred to is that the little toe remains enclosed. Thus, stockings or the socks in the German or Italian context have an additional loophole which makes them inappropriate for use as a pedicure instrument; with the socks or stockings there is no way you can give pedicure treatment to the last and the little toe nails. The pedicure sock come in different varieties and sizes such as the anklet type, thigh high socks, knee high stockings or even panty hose shaped with two pedicure socks attached.
As additional guard from the environment, any sole used in conjunction with the pedicure sock of the present innovation can have a wrap over the entire foot or over the toe nail which is placed vertical from the nails of the toe in order to not ruin the polish. This type of cover can reduce adverse effects of environmental circumstances such as rain or snow. The wrap can be made of any suitable material such as, for instance, plastic or GORETEX.
As described, the present innovation pedicure sock delivers plus points over other pedicure devices in that it gives the user the liberty to keep their feet not cold before, during and even after a pedicure and, in addition, allows the user the free will to go outside before the polish has been applied especially in cool climates.
