My family just loves to travel. We take several vacations every year, and we go on short weekend getaways whenever we can. I also use the Internet to book lodging along the way, find terrific restaurants, and get ideas for special activities and attractions. In short, I can come up with an entire itinerary for our vacation after spending just a couple of hours using these free road trip planning tools. What's more, I've found that many hotels, restaurants, and attraction offer discounts or coupons when I make advanced reservations online, so I actually end up saving a lot of money this way.
