In order to boost their earnings, they also make sure of developing widest range of contacts that can even stretch across international borders. Although in the main, they concentrate on the local market.
In their working procedures, head hunters do not work all that differently from normal recruiters because they also make candidate searches, create lists of possible candidates, and they interview the candidates as well as forward the most suitable among various applicants. Another aspect to the functioning methods of a head hunter is that they are not above poaching candidates, and they even work just like your usual recruiter does.
