Management is the process of properly identifying and effectively handling elements in the organizational framework of anything. The management may be done by acquiring more people to maintain the structure for you, or it may be done in the micro level of the self. Management in this context is the ability of an individual to properly maintain system functionality of the self, integrating mind and body.
Stress management therefore is the proper identification of the elements of stress referred to as stressors and being able to effectively handle them and control these stressors without having any adverse effect.
