All natural bodybuilders have mastered the art and science of achieving the ultimate body purely through natural means.
Natural bodybuilding is simply muscle training without the use of anabolic or muscle enhancing substances such as steroids or testosterone boosters.
All natural bodybuilders rely on strict workout routines and a very structured diet to achieve their naturally muscled body; not to mention a lot of self discipline!
Natural bodybuilding competitions exist all over the world and in fact most major competitions now do not permit non natural bodybuilders (although it can be difficult to prove if a person has used enhancing substances at any part of his life). Not all shows are drug tested however so be aware that you may be up against enhanced bodybuilders at certain shows.
All natural bodybuilders must train extremely hard to reach a body at the level of an unnatural bodybuilder. This means regular workouts, regular changes in workout and preferably, a detailed log of each workout.
All natural bodybuilders need goals and should strive to reach them all. Long term and short term goals need to be written down and worked towards.
You need to concentrate on the entire body, not just the arms and shoulders which many beginners do as they believe that is the area that makes them look strongest. If you ignore your legs for too long, soon enough you'll look pretty unbalanced with a huge upper body and scrawny legs!
Natural bodybuilding is highly rewording due to the fact that you KNOW you got where you are purely through hard work and great nutrition.
