Many people enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail and drinking in moderation should not be a problem for those worried about the aging process. People who drink excessive amounts of alcohol should cut down if they want to slow or reverse this normal process. Many people do not get enough rest and maybe they will be able to overcome some of their bad habits if they are rested. A good sleep every night will help people slow or reverse the aging process. People should try to get at least eight hours of sleep every night.
