These are the two worst habits that you can have if you are trying to stop the aging process; these habits may be the most difficult to reduce or completely stop. These two substances reduce the amount of moisture producing substances in the skin and thus promote wrinkles in the aging skin.

Think Positive

Worrying about things that you have no control over will produce more wrinkles on your face that any other activity. Try and always look at the glass being half full instead of half empty. Built up stress inside your body can lead to ulcers and many other physical aliments.
